I’d leave 0 stars if I could. They took weeks to deliver our tv stand and when it finally came the delivery people were insulting us not knowing we understand Spanish. And to add insult to injury they crumpled up the styrofoam packaging and left it all over our floor. Chicago furniture offered to have people come over that night to clean but after our experience we want nothing to do with them. Stay away!
Never pick up calls bad customer service
I ordered a dresser in May 2025 and I received a wrong dresser and returned it, after 3 months I called them and they told me they will deliver the right one in week, after week no dresser. Today is July 30, 2025.
The delivery was wrong
