This place really wins the worst customer service ever both stores mall of America and lake st, when you order it will take months for your furniture to deliver and their furniture is overpriced, before you place your order they’ll tell it’ll arrive within 1 week but once you order they’ll cut you off and your furniture will not arrive untill a month or more if you’re lucky! Bought a beautiful three piece living room set from them. Customer service is questionable. When furniture finally came in they were rude on the phone asking when we were going to pick it up. It was less than a week from when they received it. But the worst was, this was suppose to be top grade Italian leather. Four days after it was delivered we noticed only one cushion was really loose. Mall of America Furniture store…. I am really having a bad experience about the customer of this store. Call them and explain situation about 3 month ago They’re not serious about their customers… I highly recommend it never to go this store. I see the review there is a lot of customers having the same issues so please take your business somewhere else. I regret and I make mistake buying any furniture of them for those who still looking furniture. please see other furniture store like this in Minnesota
Chicago furniture is very bad they take a very long time to deliver they did not give me everything. This place is a very bad place I called them many time I did not get a call back. and now their saying they don’t have it in stock then they lie to me they are not giving me my stuff. Be careful Chicago furniture it’s has very bad customer service
