My wife and I ordered a table set that ended up being given as a wrong shipment. When we tried getting it fixed to the proper one by having the right delivery, it was rescheduled around 3 times. Had a very hard issue contacting store. We weren't compensated for almost 3 weeks of having the wrong item. They tried making up for it with a gift and it never arrived. It was a terrible experience overall and would not recommend to other people trying to get furniture for their own home.
0. Even zero is a lot for this company. They are lying and poor customer service. Low quality and I have never seen any stupid customer service like this company. Specially the one in Minneapolis MN. Lake street. Dear family and friends do not buy anything from this company unless you want loose your money.
Don’t buy anything from this store don’t buy anything from this furniture store. They are the worst store in Minnesota. They will take your money and deliver a broken furniture and when you ask for a refund, they will make you wait days they will laugh at you they will make you regret going there they have poor customer service, poor management, and a very self-centered, selfish and unprofessional Manager and owner you’ll regret this if you purchase anything from the store they are the bad and the worst store ever. .
