Don’t know what happened to all the previous bad reviews but anyway…Had an ingrown toenail removed almost a year ago. First impression is that the lady at the receptionist desk is very nice. However, the doctor was not professional. He was examining my foot and started cutting my nails way too short. Halfway through he mentioned that I didn’t need the procedure and that I just needed to continuously clean my nails which is odd because that wasn’t the point of me being there and for my pain. I’m so grateful to Dr. Mazarella and Francis for the care I’ve received after fracturing my talus playing soccer. Francis has been so kind and helpful at every visit, always making the process easy. Dr. Mazarella is thorough, patient, and really took the time to explain my injury and recovery plan. Their support has made a tough recovery so much easier—I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing podiatric care!
