Great staff, short wait time, easy parking. Best of all is the dedication and thorough treatment from Dr. Weiss. He cleared up my lens from a previous cataract surgery when that doctor said it couldn’t be done. Dr. Weiss is a perfectionist! His experience is evident and the underlying enthusiasm has convinced me that he was my best choice for all my Opthamology needs.
ZERO!!! I had originally made my 1st appt. For an exam and hesitated to do so and glad I followed instinct and also read the bad reviews with service waiting and waiting. Red Flag! Another red flag was after cancelling my appt with enough advanced notice, I received a bill of $35 for no show! WT?!?!? Had the inconvenience to wait to call them and was told they’d call me back to settle it and no call! THIS CENTER IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
9/06/3023 Not good. I was there because of a cataract in my right eye. The office itself was really crowded, although I only waited about 20-25 minutes. I was finally taken to a room where I was met by a technician, who preceded to start some test. I agreed to have an exam and agreed to pay the additional $50. Feel. The staff here is unorganized and lacks empathy. My mother was refused service because of an 80 dollar balance from 2016! Which she wasnt told about until she arrived at the office after walking and taking a bus just to get there. Keep in mind she has been seen by the doctor since 2016 so why wasnt the balance brought up at any of her other appointments?
