I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ronald Weiss & his entire team. I recently had cataract surgery on both of my eyes, & from my very first consultation to my final follow-up, the care I received was exceptional. Great staff, short wait time, easy parking. Best of all is the dedication and thorough treatment from Dr. Weiss. He cleared up my lens from a previous cataract surgery when that doctor said it couldn’t be done. Dr. Weiss is a perfectionist! His experience is evident and the underlying enthusiasm has convinced me that he was my best choice for all my Opthamology needs.
ZERO!!! I had originally made my 1st appt. For an exam and hesitated to do so and glad I followed instinct and also read the bad reviews with service waiting and waiting. Red Flag! Another red flag was after cancelling my appt with enough advanced notice, I received a bill of $35 for no show! WT?!?!? Had the inconvenience to wait to call them and was told they’d call me back to settle it and no call! THIS CENTER IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
9/06/3023 Not good. I was there because of a cataract in my right eye. The office itself was really crowded, although I only waited about 20-25 minutes. I was finally taken to a room where I was met by a technician, who preceded to start some test. I agreed to have an exam and agreed to pay the additional $50. Feel. The tech did all her exams including diolating my eyes. It took about 45 minutes to complete. I waited another 15 minutes or so to see the actual doctor.
