I don't like to leave a one-star review, because the actual treatment of my macaw, is generally good, however, my treatment by staff, whom I've called friend in the past, has been appalling. I am a former vet tech, and I have experience treating and caring for animals of all kinds. Verbally abusive staff that gaslights their customers... The owner takes no responsibility for her employees' unprofessional and abusive behavior. Lamor at the front desk said I was "stupid" when I asked her to speak to me more kindly and then she said, "No, I don't take shit from people." When employees treat humans like this, you can only imagine how the animals are being treated behind closed doors. Waited 25 minss after my scheduled appointment time (as a first time patient) and the office had a loud, distressed dog barking incessantly. Can cause stress to the point of death for rabbits, which this office supposedly specializes in.
