I wish I could give negative starts especially for Chicago ENT. DO NOT go to this business unless you want drs that will yes you just to make more money off of operations. Chicago ENT is solely responsible for the damage to my ears, the constant ear infections and the torn eardrum that I now have to suffer from for rhe rest of my life as a result. Worst drs ever
Calling in is horrific, crappy phone service. They are silent after 15 minutes of waiting on a call then hang up. Or when they do talk they hang up mid conversation every time! Frustrating. Don't use Chicago ENT
I recently had a bump removed from my mouth. The procedure was quick and my doctor and nurse was very nice and polite because I was nervous. I would have given five stars, but I really don't like the phone system and holding time of trying to speak with someone when I did call. I say this because I would receive a call back, but normally it would be when I was at work. I am just glad this is done and thanks.
