Brought my weddings rings (3) to get soldered together. Jim was very kind and knowledgable! He told me what the price would be up front and took down my information. He got back to me when the ring was ready and it is better than I had imagined it to be! He advised me to bring it in periodically to get checked over and cleaned. Very kind man!
Hellzberg would not stand behind their work and honor the warranty I paid hundreds for. This place is the real deal. Thank you for fixing my wife's wedding ring!!
Went in to see if he could clean my engagement ring for my wedding on Friday (did not purchase from him). He cleaned it right then and there free of charge. Very kind man! Will be coming back again!
