Lady was rude & inconsiderate while on the phone with her. She even rushed me off the phone & hung up on me. Would never purchase anything from her! Never even got her name.
I needed a battery replaced in my watch. I called, and he said he could do it. I just dropped it off today. He said he could work on it right away, but I'm not in a rush, so I'll pick it up later.

Brought my weddings rings (3) to get soldered together. Jim was very kind and knowledgable! He told me what the price would be up front and took down my information. He got back to me when the ring was ready and it is better than I had imagined it to be! He advised me to bring it in periodically to get checked over and cleaned. Very kind man!
