Erica is such a wonderful therapist. The way she incorporates movement into therapy helps to heal body and mind. She has a beautiful space and uses it wisely to support the health and healing of her clients.
A Beautifully Safe Space to Move and Heal I found the session to be very inviting and open. I've never experienced dance therapy before, but I really felt it was a safe space to feel into movements and how they relate to what I'm processing.
