Worst customer service and the manager is very rude, they never listen to you.
CSA was great to work with for my order of 4 styles of custom print balloons at 1000 of each, at a really decent price and super fast! Prior to me placing the order, they sent several color sample balloons as requested. A big shout out to ROSSELLA who was efficient and helpful through the process.
Balloons were nicely done. My sales agent was professional and courteous. We did a rush shipment and the timeline they gave was spot on. I would definitely purchase from them again.
