I moved up here from down south about 10 years ago and I just hadn’t found that barbecue place until recently. CCK ranks right up there with anything I ever had in Texas or Florida. It’s my go to place now! I always order the brisket and it’s fantastic this time I had the ribs and they were cooked too perfection.
Great atmosphere. Delicious food and tasty drinks! A wonderful place to eat :-)
Stopped by Sat, Friday, 9/12/2026 around 6:30 pm for take out and ordered a full slab of the the St. Louis Ribs. Other than Costco's prepackaged burnt ends quite possible the worst BBQ I've ever had. In my layman's opinion, the ribs were overly fatty with little meat and undercooked. Most ended up in the garbage. The coleslaw and potato salad were decent, however.
If you have not been to this place, make it a pont to go. My hubby and I went there for the first time and have come to the conclusion it is now our favorite place. The smoked beer was really good. I loved the Teriyaki Sriracha Salmon and my husband love the rib tips. Oh and the cheese cubes were awesome! I was thankful for the fish as I am nit a meat eater.
