I arrived at 9:00 PM for my loading appointment scheduled for the next day at 4:00 PM. I parked in front of the company, which is located on a wide street that can easily fit two trucks parked along the sides while still leaving plenty of space to pass through. Very friendly personnel, and loading is quick
The old lady with short hair, named cindy is very rude and racist. She made me wait 1 hour despite of giving her the right pickup number 4 times .When my dispatch callled her then she said yeah the pickup number is right. She is very very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people.
