Very professional. Cleaned 3 large rooms of carpet, oversized sofa and loveseat, oversized 6 piece sectional, ottoman and 2 recliners Removed pet odors and kid stains. We were extremely pleased with how clean and fresh everything looked and smelled. No hidden costs, the price they quoted over the phone was the price we paid! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family!!
