$180 dollors, 2 and half months. And my camera lens is still broken. I came in to repair my canon ef 28-70mm f2.8 because the af ring was sticky. He said it would be a month... a month goes by, he says it's fixed and to come pick it up. I do so and get home, it takes less then day for the exact issue to come back. I take it back to him to get this solved, he says, sorry ill fix. A month goes by, nothing. I called and he says soon. I dropped a lens and called on Monday to ask if I could stop in to have it checked out. If it was repairable, I’d need to have it back by Thursday. I picked up the repaired lens today (Wednesday afternoon) and it works perfectly! The cost to repair it was less than half the price of buying a used replacement lens altogether. I’ll definitely return here the next time I drop a lens (let’s not kid ourselves… it’s gonna happen again)

Hate that I am leaving a one star but my experience was so different than the ones I read online. I fully believe Bill is an expert at his craft. I took my dslr in for a faulty bulb trigger. Was given a ticket/quote and told he would call me in 3 weeks. This led to almost 4 months of trying to call in in the limited working hour windows on status. Including one in person appearance to the shop to see what was taking so long. Waiting another month and finally deciding to go in and take my camera back to find someone new. When... read more

I sent my 15 year old digital camera in to see if if could be repaired and the owner was very honest and transparent with me about how certain parts have been discontinued and the cost to repair would not be worth it. I appreciated the insight!!
