I love Chicago Body Shop for the customized training I receive. I’ve attempted too many times to be my own trainer. Came into town for a month over the holidays. Perfect place for new or experienced people seeking quality training services. Group classes were amazing and coach gives the right amount of push to bring out the best in you. I was able to add some variety and accelerate my workout beating the holiday bloat. Highly recommend! If I lived in town I would join this gym.
