I was able to come back in town and get some great work in once again at Chicago BodyShop. I truly enjoy this place and the hospitality is excellent. I appreciate D Harvey for everything!
What I love about this gym is the attention to detail. Everyone is different. Therefore we all shouldn’t be doing the same exact workout. The knowledge displayed at this gym will get you healthy from the inside out! No insane workouts, no intimidation, just pure love and soul. Greatest place to workout in Chicago.
Great set up! Was in town for a few days for a hyrox comp and they went out of their way to accommodate us, even offered recommendation on the local area.

Working with D has been a great experience. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to make adjustments on the spot to fit your fitness level while still pushing you to your limits. He’s professional, dependable, and you can tell he’s truly passionate about what he does. I also love that he’s based in the community, often it feels like you have to travel outside your neighborhood for quality health and fitness resources.
