I had a wonderful experience at the bike co. It’s a small shop with a very helpful approach. I brought in my Grey Raleigh which had embarrassingly gone through quite a bit of damage sitting in the parking garage for a long time. Their mechanic sized up the issues, gave me an accurate expectation of what would come next, and told me exactly what to do if any issues came up.
