Took a cab to get here from the Hancock, having checked online that it was open, and it was closed because of the half marathon. I don't see why the store opening and a race being run are mutually exclusive, but either way, I checked online and it said it was open, so thanks for the wasted journey and wasted dollars.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LEGENDARY customer service at the Chicago Bears Pro Shop!! 🐻🔥 I showed up a few minutes past 5 after struggling to find the shop, and they STILL let me in and hooked me up with three Loveland jerseys. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. Because of you, we’re fully geared up and READY for the big game this weekend. Can’t thank you enough—BEAR DOWN!!! 💙🧡
