Great service! I has an urgent request for an award. They worked with me with the design, adjusted the proof until it was perfect, and expedited it so I would have it on time. I had to pick it up in the middle of a thunderstorm with terrible traffic and they waited for me with a smile (I arrived at the store with 2 minutes to spare!). I would 100% use them again.
Walked in and bought a trophy and medal from the store with customized engraving. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Promptly emailed me a copy of the proof and adjusted it through three iterations. 24 hour turn around for pick up. This is a fantastic business and I look forward to coming back.
