CHICAGO Autohaus is an A++ Autobody shop. They took me from a-z after my car accident. I've never been in an accident before and had know clue what to do. Thanks to the staff their I felt SAFE! Aside from the great, efficient, and friendly service, my 09 Range Rover looks showroom new again. They even detailed it after the service was complete. I've been back a few times for minor repairs and have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest friendly repair shop.

Misty at the front desk was wonderful! My car was fixed in less than 48 hours, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful every step of the way. I will definitely come back here for any future car needs.
I came through an insurance claim and loved how they fixed my car. Friendly staff and I had no problems whatsoever. I will post pics so you can see for yourself.
I’m beyond disappointed with the outcome of their service. It’s been over a month and half to have the owner call us back and still hasn’t done so. They did my boyfriends car and the paint started chipping within 30 days and got the work redone and same result. We are beyond fed up and these people and they don’t do anything. The owner absolutely has no concept in customer service or concerned as he is never available. Didn’t even bother to reach out to us. Thank God I didn’t move forward with them for my car.
