I waited a week after installation to see how the window tint settled in and the job looks perfect to me. No problems no issues and I feel at the location. The guy I spoke with were very professional so no complaints.
I had a very good overall experience with Chicago Auto Pros and I’m happy with the result. The car came back looking noticeably cleaner, fresher, and much more polished both inside and out. The interior detailing was thorough, the exterior looks great, and the ceramic coating really improved the overall appearance. Overall, I’m giving Chicago Auto Pros 5 stars because the actual work on the car was done well and I’m happy with the result. The interior and exterior look much better, and I appreciate the work done by Alejandro/Alex. Patrick was also helpful when an issue came up at checkout. The one negative part of the experience was the pricing communication, and I think their process should be more transparent. The men and women at Chicago Auto Pros are just that. Auto Pros! I had PPF and tint put on and both results were excellent. I dealt with Patrick and Jason at the Lombard location. Both of them were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you are new to the PPF experience, like I was, these guys will take you through the process without making you feel uncomfortable.
