I had high hopes for this dealership after spending three days negotiating and finally confirming a price. My salesperson, Robert, was super sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout the process, he did everything right on his end. Buyer Beware – Not a Reputable Dealer I saw the negative reviews, some of them seemed like disgruntled people that had financing issues. Thought my experience would be different. I was wrong. I started out with the wrong sales person. Bobby. Bobby had communication issues and lied. He only wanted a sale and checked out as soon as I put money down. I’d like to give a big shout-out to Brad for going above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I inquired about was truly the right one for me. I explained what I was looking for, and Brad took the time to personally test-drive the vehicle and send me detailed pictures and videos before I made the hour-and-45-minute drive to see it in person. Great dealership and people. rs7 performance was mint when I arrived from 9 hours away and it was the best think I’ve seen in my 20 years of living. They treated me well on arrival. Had gotten my very first car from Chicago Auto's, and it was the best experience at a dealership. Before I went to Chicago Auto's, I had come from another dealership and had the most anxiety-filled experience.
