Great customer service and reasonable pricing
If I could leave negative stars I would. We called twice, as soon as 15 minutes before arriving, to make sure they had the car we wanted to see. Both times we were told they absolutely did. When we arrived, they absolutely did not. The saleslady, D.J., said they had probably sold it several days ago. Surprisingly, she was happy to show us much more expensive cars. They are thieves and scammers who do not tell you about the warranty they did not want to fix a problem with my car and that I only had a month of having purchased it here now I am preparing to report a scam the best thing is that they do not buy here
I wish that I was one of the customers that received such great service! We purchased a vehicle here and was they were very nice at the beginning made you really believe that they cared! chicago Auto Outlet offered low financing with my acceptable, not bad but not great, credit score. The service treated me like family. Most dealers are fancy, expensive, pretentious. But Crestwood Auto is a family own business that cares. I am happy with the car I ended up with and could afford.
