AVOID!! So I decided to shop around for a car, not anything fancy just something to get me back and forth. I gave this place a try based on the google reviews. First and foremost, Chuck talks entirely too much and he’s very shiesty. Anyhow, I wanted to finance the 2012 impala which was on sale for $6,999. I purchased a car from this dealership a little over a year ago and it has served me incredibly well. The owner and team at Chicago Auto House are fair, straight forward, and honest which I really appreciated. While viewing the car they promised to repair or replace any flaws at no extra cost to me. I went out of town after that visit and the owner offered to hold the vehicle for me until I returned a week later. One of the best dealership experiences I've had. Ever. Highly, highly recommend.
