I recently had my car stolen. State farm wanted to give me $13,300 for the vehicle, which by my research was low. I declined State Farms offer. State Farm said I need to get a 3rd party appraiser, and they would get their own. I chose Chicago Auto appraisers. Tony took all my information and worked with the insurance company’s appraiser. After weeks of frustrating low-ball offers from my insurance company, a friend recommended calling Tony from Chicago Auto Appraisers. Man, I am glad I did! My insurance company was not offering me a fair adjustment for my stolen car. I called Tony, and he handled everything with my insurance, and was able to get me $3500 more than their offer. Thank you SO MUCH to Tony for all of his help with the clusterfck I had to deal with in getting a bonded title! He was so helpful from start to finish!! I recommend him to anyone needing any type of appraisal for their vehicle!!

Tony requested documents, documents were provided within 24hrs. I followed up within a few days, a week has gone by, no answer or follow up. Communication would have been appreciated.
