I recently had my car stolen. State farm wanted to give me $13,300 for the vehicle, which by my research was low. I declined State Farms offer. Tony requested documents, documents were provided within 24hrs. I followed up within a few days, a week has gone by, no answer or follow up. Communication would have been appreciated.
