Tony is a seasoned and well recognized professional in the field. He knows and is known to other appraisers and is fluent with the ins and outs of the negotiation process. Since I was new to this whole process, he guided me through it and updated me at every stage. The result was a very favorable decision by the insurance company for the total loss of my BMW 7 Series. Much greater than what they had offered me before Tony got involved. Five Stars, highly recommended.
Tony was able to increase the settlement of my totalled car by $20,000. He came out to see the car and filed the reports within a week and resolved the issue with my insurance company quickly and professionally.
I was hit and run by a stolen car resulting in a total loss to my gorgeous mint condition car. Allstate Insurance claimed a no-fault non-insured claim on my policy and processed an insulting full of lies offer appraisal of $5500 from CCC One. After speaking with CCC One they stated Allstate Insurance creates the "math formula" to present the valuation.
