As it's name implies this institution is all class A rapidly disappearing concept of quality and traditional techniques. Hard to find in the most unlikely of Chicago ethnic neighborhoods. But well worth the trip. Mr. Mallis is circumspect and will not waste your time with banal conversation. I doubt there is more expert restorer on this side of the Atlantic or the Mississippi.
