He asked many questions to understand the issue before discussing the possible problems. In our discussion he talked about the problem and the part to be replaced. After replacing the part and restarting the machine he asked me to keep watch of any other noise or issues. This company has been servicing all of my apartment buildings. I have been using this company for over 20 years .. Excellent company that when i call them they are able fix the appliance that day or next... Never had a problem with them that is why i will keep on using them...
