I wouldn’t use them again. Called for dishwasher repair. They arrived outside the window of time they gave me and didn’t even call to let me know. They were here for 10 minutes and basically told me that the work would be about $300. They said I could get a new dishwasher for that. Not sure where they shop but that’s not happening. I feel like they barely did anything, and I paid them a diagnostic fee of $85. Maybe they just go around collecting fees without doing any work?

I will hire them again for any appliance brands I might have problems with. They were good to have scheduled me right away and to have the right parts.

I highly recommend this company! My tenants and I were all pleased with their service. After trying them for months, I finally decided I’ll be sticking with them since they have been consistently providing us excellent service. They deal with all major appliance of different brands! I highly recommend!
