I am only giving this company 1 star because it requires at least that. Nonetheless, a few days ago I applied for an apartment, paid an 79.00 application fee(which is ridiculous, it doesn't take much to run a credit and background check. Anywho, a few days later the realtor name Tyler Weekes emailed me to say that I had been denied for a late car payments. Tyler Weekes scheduled a viewing. Called him on his cell phone he said he would be there in a couple of minutes. Waited 20 more minutes, he still did not show. Never called even letting me know he was there up to an hour past the originally scheduled time. Don't waste your time with this company.
My budget was not good enough to work with apparently.
My experience with Chicago Apartment Finders was SO terrible. Wrote out a check to them... never got an apartment... and now they decided to keep my money hostage. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I'm still in shock how much of a difficult time they are making if for me. You' re better off on Craigslist or Apartment People.
