Came upon this site & found where and old acquantance of mine is now managing this facility. My experience with Mr. Wayne Arndt was as a supplier of buildings to him when he worked for another company. Wayne oversaw the entire project form design through completion. He was nothing but a pleasure. Very inteligent, yet open to suggestion and most cooperative. He did not play dictator. Most importantly, his word is his bond.
