Best furniture choice in Houston! – I went to Chic Warehouse on the recommendation of several of my friends who have all raved about the place. It was even better than I expected! The selection was great, and I loved the staff. They were helpful and patient and really helped me make a great choice. I recommend this store whenever I hear someone talking about getting new furniture--it's a great find!!
I agree with last two reviews, STAY AWAY! – We recieved a piece of furniture that came with the wrong color. I have called the owner three times now, and he keeps saying he's working on fixing the problem. Well it has been 4 months now since I recieved my furniture and the problem has not been fixed. No concept of customer service or satisfaction. Honestly, we would have kept coming to this store for the rest of our lives. Poor Poor Poor Store. DO NOT BUY from these people. Extremely FAKE people – This store is a joke. Do NOT purchase from them How can people stay in business in the new era of internet information world? They only let you purchase stuff. After that, no return, no credit, even if the merchandize was not the right color as expected, no customer service. Poor Policy, no service unless you are PURCHASING something. – Chic warehouse has no knowledge of customer satisfaction, or they just don't think it is important. We recently shopped there and decided to order a piece of their furniture. (Even though it takes 6 weeks waiting time, and a peculiar $ 10 "pick up" service fee.) 2 days later, we discovered the IDENTICAL piece of funrniture for significantly less amount of money (40% cheaper!) , we decided to call and notify them and discussed a resolution. Chic Warehouse - WOW!!! – My husband and I recently sold our loft Downtown - Fully Furnished... leaving us with only our clothing and our cat! I sold custom furniture for 3 years before we moved to Houston and I have a pretty good knowledge of what furniture stores are selling, prices etc. I am so glad we stopped in Chic Warehouse!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! – I was referred to Chic Warehouse by a friend that swore by this place. I was told it normally takes 6 weeks once ordering it but I needed the furniture ASAP since I was moving into a new place and had already sold all my old furniture! Not true about discounted prices!!! Very rude customer service!!! – What a joke!, what a dissapointment!!!, after looking for the perfect chairs for a while when I saw the add about Chick Warehouse I thought I had found the perfect place for them, only to find out that not only the store is not big at all and does not have alot of furniture, but when I did find the perfect chairs I was dissapointed to find out that they were only $15.00 cheaper than what I had found them at chairs and tables off of Richmond Street in Houston... read more
If you want it your way at great prices stop in Chic Warehouse – We have furnished our living room and den. Great furniture, low prices and knowledgable and helpful staff. We have ordered our new bedroom suite and can't wait.
watch out for return policy – My client went in to order a sofa with me and 12hrs. later ,before the order was placed, she cancelled for one another store that she and her husband really loved. When she went in to canel in person and even willing to take a credit for other merchadise she needs, she was told to never come back, they are too busy to deal with people like that!
