I was very concern about getting my hair done because my hair was thinning but I really wanted a nice style for my birthday (today). I walked in and Samantha was very welcoming and friendly. I told her about the condition of my hair and she helped me feel comfortable and confident that she could do my hair. She normalized the condition I shared with her. I really could cry at how terrible my hair looks. Who gets box braids with knots in 2025?? Apparently, people do and apparently thats what I booked. Ive been crying since 5pm. Its currently 7:30 now.
This place is awesome, booked an appointment and she was very professional and prompt. Definitely satisfied with the braids
I had a wonderful experience with the owner of Chic Thairapy. And I love what she did my hair with the crochet braids. Even my mom was impressed. I will come back again
