I just received a call at 5:20 pm to tell me that my couples massage for tomorrow at 2pm is being canceled and refunded because they couldn’t get a second therapist. I had even texted prior to booking several days ago to ensure they had availability and I was told yes, please book online. I then texted back and confirmed that I was all booked!
