Cheap quality products sold at a high price. I bought an Urli foe diwali, the owner claimed that it is better than home goods products. It lost its color in just few hours of use. See the pics of the product they sold me for $37, i bought a better quality one from home goods for $20 Their business model is "indians cheating indians"
Went several times to shop for our wedding. The shop has a large variety, and we found several items which came of good use. But several other items we found/bought were not the best quality. Bought a few items that broke upon returning home or were damaged very easily later. Overall, the shop owner is friendly, but he can come off as condescending and rude. If you tell him something is not right with an item, he'll just dismiss your claims. Both stock and customer service need updating.
