This was my first time ever getting my hair done professionally, and the experience was amazing. My stylist, Mu’minah was spectacular, she talked me though all the steps through out my appointment. When she finished the layering, the curls and the cuts were exactly like my Pinterest inspo I showed her! Every stylist was so sweet to me and gave the perfect salon culture that I have desired since I was little! Thank y’all for giving me the best look not only for my birthday but also for my confidence! See yall soon!

I’ve been looking for a permanent hairdresser since moving to the Houston area and am SO glad I went to CSH! Kierra did an amazing job taking her time with my hair and didn’t rush any of the processes. I’m very satisfied with her services.
I had a wonderful experience at Chic Shades Hair in Shenandoah, TX. The salon was clean, professional, and provided prompt service definitely a 5-star experience. I received a traditional sew-in, and the beautician, Janae, pre-treated the hair beforehand. She was courteous, gentle, and took the time to ask questions about my hair to ensure the best results. I was referred by a friend, and although this was my first visit, it certainly won’t be my last. I’m happy to say I’m a new loyal customer!
The environment was so calm and welcoming, and the playlist was top tier!!! The stylist was very professional and friendly. Mu'minah took the time to educate me on what would be best for my daughter’s hair and upcoming appointments.
