Came in on a Wednesday and made an appointment in person for Friday at Noon. Called at about 11am Friday to confirm my appointment and say I was on the way and was told to co.e on in. When I arrived the only stylist present stated I was not on her schedule and must be the other ladies client but that she lived in Lapine. I waited 45 minutes. No one came in and the other stylist opted to go on brake and did not want to help me figure out what is going on. Very disappointing customer service. The owner, Mimi, came in after hours to accommodate my schedule. For the salon owner to come back during the evenings for a client shows her dedication and perseverance in running a successful business. She has told me about putting everything she has to give into making that place a success…. And it shows. Hard work and a passion for her business combined with her honest, down to earth personality is a win win. Her employees will agree Mimi is a great boss who is always making accommodations for people.
