Overpriced and shockingly unprofessional. I visited for a simple color change—something that should be virtually impossible to mess up—and yet the nail technician managed to do just that. He applied three excessively thick layers of polish along with a top coat, leaving my nails looking bulky and unsightly. To make matters worse, he carelessly painted over my cuticles without cleaning up the mess. When I say this was my best manicure in a long time it’s soo true! Sunny was absolutely amazing so detailed throughout the pedicure and manicure and it felt like she spent so much time making everything immaculate and balanced. I also saw the manager assist another person who was looking for a perfect chrome by doing it on his own nails as a trial for her which I thought was so caring and going the extra mile. 10/10 and excited to be back in town as this will be my go to.
