Disappointing experience today, I had booked in for a lash lift and tint for 11am at the Windermere location and received email and text reminders in the days before. I showed up just before 11am to a locked door and clearly closed salon. I waited 15 minutes before calling, no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I received calls and texts asking me to rebook or go to the Commercial Drive location, which I declined as neither option worked for me.
