Took my diamond tennis bracelet that I have worn for 30 years daily to replace the diamonds into a new tennis bracelet that I purchased from their store. After a year a diamond has fallen out. No satisfactory resolution. I felt disrespected and marginalized by the owner.This after spending thousands. Disappointed to say the least.

I have came in here in the past to scrap some gold. I was hoping to do that again this time. I walked in and there was a person in front of me no problem I waited. The lady finally makes her way to me. I asked her if she could check some gold I had. She looked at me and said I don’t have time for this? I felt very disrespected. Very nice and helpful, but above all... Great Customer Service! I bought a battery for my watch and they went above and beyond to fix a broken button, and didn't charge for the fix. I will definitely take my business back and recommend anyone to go there for any jewelry needs.
I tool a watch in for repair. They replaced with the wrong part rendering the watch unusable. I took it to another jeweler that does watch repair who fixed my watch and told be they used the wrong crown and that it was glued on to fit. The lady at the counter blamed me and told me I don’t know how to wind a watch. There are apparently many that are happy with their service and for things other than watch repair…
