Very rude and unprofessional staff! They set the bar very low, and I wish I could leave 0 stars. Go elsewhere, otherwise you will regret coming here. Worst customer service we have encountered. See details below. We had scheduled a 9am appointment with this place for styling. Upon looking up the place, it showed up as closed and it opens at 10am. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon.The staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in providing good customer service or listening to my requests. The stylist completely butchered my hair, despite me clearly explaining what I wanted. Not only did they not achieve the desired look, but they also left me with an uneven and unflattering haircut. Very very rude lady blocked me at the door. When i inquired about gets nails done, she told me to go to dog grooming salin, 3 doors down. She was badly dressed and hair was messy and rude!! I wouldn't let her do ANY grooming service on me!
