They do not answer their phone, EVER! It has been 3 months since they had to cancel my appointment because of a broken piece on their laser hair removal machine. I have not been able to get a hold of them since they called me to tell me that. If I could give negative, I would.
Good service but they rarely answer the phone so it's hard to get an appointment
Just came into this store right now and stood at the entrance for 15 minutes. No one came out to help me. I called and got the answering system. I drove here from Houston specifically to buy skinceauticals. I will be buying it somewhere else now. Terrible terrible service.
