Great service, great team! This location came highly recommended by a friend. They offered a beautiful arrangement of designer dresses and took great care of the bride to be. They also really made the bride feel special and knew this was a very important day for me. They went out of their way to be accommodating and helped find the perfect dress.

If you don't put your name on your review I am inclined to believe you ether own it or you are related to the person. Should have listened to all the people who didn't just show up as Google users. Will never go there again. Same complaints as the rest of the people. I went in there in my work attire and they treated me like dirt. I hate to be the only person to not like Chic Bridal because my in-store experience was great, BUT... when I bought my dress I was told I could not return my dress and that my dress had never been altered and would need a bustle and everything. Come to find out from my seamstress the dress had already been hemmed, bustled, the straps were altered, the underneath part was not hemmed right, along with some other things. I love Chic Bridal Boutique! I found my wedding gown right away when I looked there. I had already been looking at several other stores with no luck. They have an amazing selection and great staff! I would recommend this boutique to everyone!!!

Wow! Talk about beauty and the beast. Beautiful gowns displayed in a fancy setting with the most insulting staff. These ladies (female and owner's mother) have obviously never taken to heart the "don't judge a book by it's cover" axiom. Even though I was wearing an Ann Klein jacket and an Anne Taylor dress, I was told "It's very expensive" when I asked about details of a dress.
