I called to confirm my appointment and they told me my appointment was cancelled. Analia answered and told me my appointment was cancelled because I did not confirm the day before. I had asked for the day at work for this appt. They called me a day before but did not leave a voicemail explaining this so called policy they have. They never told me that the appointment needed to be confirmed a day prior. I am a new patient and I am very upset by their customer service.
1st visit was when I was 9 weeks they couldn't see me before. went in and just had a routine check up and was sent to get blood work. Never even confirm if I was infact pregnant, very disappointed. Next apt will be in 3 weeks for ultrasound..
She was very personable. Answered all questions we had with knowledge and compassion. Demonstrated sympathy when checking on us after our miscarriage. Helped us meet our goals of vaginal births without epidural and healthy babies. The longest wait during visits was 1 hour and visits once started lasted no longer than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and professional.
