Dr. Chiazo Amene, MD, is personable, professional, and explains diagnoses & treatment plans clearly. She is very pleasant to deal with.
Dr. Amene performed a neurological examination, reviewed my MRI, and explained why she did not believe surgery was appropriate at this time. I appreciated that she recommended trying physical therapy before considering surgery. My experience was mixed because I felt the discussion focused almost entirely on one area of my cervical spine, while my MRI showed multilevel degenerative changes.
