I rented chiavari chairs from this rental place and couldn’t have been more impressed. Farid was incredibly kind and professional during our form of communication. He even gave me a discount after I told him my budget was fairly tight. I reached out to other rental places and this rental company was the most accommodating! They set up chairs in the exact layout I needed and went above and beyond by leaving a couple of extra chairs. Did not show!!! Do NOT recommend!!
Do not hire this company!!!!!! I give them a zero star!!! We had the worst service, they broke our contract did not fulfill their obligations. Table covers and linen were not delivered. And they still demand full payment one week before. Now they do not want to refund us, they don’t answer our calls or text. We are demanding a refund for breach contract. We are so disappointed our event did not go as plan thanks to this company, that we are filing complaint to BBB.
Excellent service! Extremely impressed with their attitude and patience. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for great service.
