Have had my Ford F-150 trucks serviced at Chiasson Ford for many years and recently purchased my first Ranger from Paul. Purchase was easy and comfortable...Service has always been excellent and very much appreciated!. Highly recommend dealership for sales & or service!!!
We were on a family vacation from Toronto on our way to Ottawa when we discovered the engine underbody cover either came loose or wasn’t fastened properly. Our local dealership in Oshawa, Kim from Fraser Ford contacted this dealer and spoke to the owner Phillip. Phillip had his awesome tech Kyle pull our vehicle right in to do the quick repair. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Amazing amazing service by Phillip and Kyle and of course Kim for helping arrange this. We appreciate this so much!
Wow. We were so impressed by the great service we received from Paul and the team. We had an issue while driving on the highway from Ottawa to Orangeville. Stopped at Chiasson Ford. Paul had our car up on the hoist in 2 minutes, the technician fixed us up in 5 minutes, and we were on the road again. Don't get that kind of service in the big city. Thanks guys.
