Modern Furniture - Exactly what I was looking for – I looked high and low for a modern sofa and table that I could use in my apartment. The sofa and coffee table I found at Chiasso were just the right size and were modern enough to go with my loft. They arranged for delivery and was in my apartment within 24 hours. I have gone back several times since and enjoy getting their catalog to see the new modern designs they create.

Careless Customer Service – I found a table I liked which was not in stock, but would be in a few days. Later I picked it up and got it home, but we took it out of the box and it was completely the wrong color (in fact this color was not even an option). I called the store and they ordered another one from the warehouse. When they called to say it was in, I asked if they were sure it was right, they said yes.
