I had a new faucet put in my bathroom sink and all the piping that goes with it and also my guest bathroom. The plumber was very professional and he explained what he had done and I understood all this. I would give him an A+. I would not hesitate to call Chiarillos again. Thank you

Lost our heat overnight and called first thing this morning. They came right out and I had my heat back in a hour. The 2 gentlemen that came was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and while chatting they gave us advice how to prevent it happening again. They even gave my husky attention but then again who wouldn’t give a husky some loving. lol. I live in Newington Connecticut and they are from Bristol and did not hesitate to come this far for a simple job. They care about thier customers.
My husband called for an “emergency” situation and the gentleman on the phone walked him through and he was able to remedy the situation. Super grateful to have the heat back on!! We were not an existing customer. Super appreciative he took the time to talk him through it! Top notch!!!
