Great Company. From one business owner to another, they are top notch customers service. Chiappini fixed our generator months ago on a Friday night at 9:30 when it wasn’t working right. He was able to stop out two days later and fixed everything! He has talked to me about power wattage and was educating me on all things electric and why our bill is so high. He really takes his time to hear your concern and try to resolve it. Thank you for your great service!

Nic and the entire crew were on sight and ready to go, ahead of starting time(7am). They had a brief meeting to discuss the scope of work, and got right to it. My project involved installing a new drop, 2 new service boxes, a generator, and some ditch work. The electric was off by 7:30 am, and it was back on by 3pm! We had Chiappini Electric install a new 22 KW Generac Next Generation generator yesterday. It was a somewhat complicated installation because we have two 200-amp service panels that required two 200-amp transfer switches and our gas meter was distant from our electric service, requiring about 100' of wire through our basement. They brought enough guys to tackle the transfer switches and wiring, and others to handle the generator placement and gas hookup.
