Great customer service! In September (now February) I contacted the Dayton office customer service person for a broken barrel bushing for my 1911-22. I’ve had the pistol for years and the part just snapped while cleaning. At that time they told me it would be anywhere from 30-90 days for them to get parts from Italy. Sent an email after they were closed inquiring about a concern regarding one of their products I purchased from a dealer a few days ago. I requested a phone call to explain. To my surprise, I was called the very next day! Had the pleasure of speaking to Liz and Jamie. Both showed me genuine concern and handled my issue professionally and quickly. My expectation of the outcome was exceeded in every way. Customer service is alive and well at Chiappa! Thank you, Ciao

Finora, il servizio clienti dell'azienda è stato eccezionale. Ahile indietro, ho avuto un problema che ha richiesto del tempo per essere risolto. Ho parlato al telefono con una simpatica signora, ed è stata molto determinante nel risolvere il mio problema. In un'altra occasione, ho acquistato un sacco di parti, che sono state consegnate in modo tempestivo. Nel complesso, sono abbastanza soddisfatto del servizio e farò di nuovo affari.
