Great customer service! In September (now February) I contacted the Dayton office customer service person for a broken barrel bushing for my 1911-22. I’ve had the pistol for years and the part just snapped while cleaning. At that time they told me it would be anywhere from 30-90 days for them to get parts from Italy. That seemed long but reasonable considering the circumstances. I waited at least 120 days and contacted the customer service through email. Sent an email after they were closed inquiring about a concern regarding one of their products I purchased from a dealer a few days ago. I requested a phone call to explain. To my surprise, I was called the very next day! Had the pleasure of speaking to Liz and Jamie. Both showed me genuine concern and handled my issue professionally and quickly. My expectation of the outcome was exceeded in every way. Customer service is alive and well at Chiappa! Thank you, Ciao
