My husband and I went for the first time yesterday and we're very happy we did. Everybody, from the owner to the staff were very kind and attentive. Our food was delicious. My husband ordered the gnocchi bolognese and I ordered the gnocchi pesto and it's some of the best gnocchi we've had. Chianti will now be our go-to Italian restaurant.
My partner and I stopped into Camarillo needing dinner and we were so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food and service were excellent, the atmosphere was so pleasant and inviting. It was a really lovely experience!
A taste of Italy from California! The ingredients in the food are fresh! You can taste the love in their food. Service is friendly & attentive! Highly recommend stopping by for an authentic Italian dish.
The food here is good, BUT the service is super slow. Last time we were there we were seated within a few minutes, but then we sat and waited nearly 15 minutes just to be given menus, then another 15 minutes to get our order taken, and once we ordered it was another long wait. Have never waited quite so long in past visits, but it’s always slow service there. As much as I love their Marsala chicken, the excessive waiting times have ruined it for us, and we won’t go back again. Hire more servers.
