I have my house rented out after being listed only for 3 days by Grace. She did the preparation work very well and shared with me all the information needed so that we knew what to do to make the house attractive and listed on the market as soon as possible. She even hired a professional photographer to take the photos of my house posted online for listing. She also provided very good advice on selecting the potential tenant and closed the deal quickly.
